5:45pm - 6:30pm - J1 Girls
6:30pm - 7:30pm - R2 Ladies, R2 Men and A2 Men
7:30pm - 8:30pm - Reserve Grade Ladies and Reserve Grade Men
8:30pm - 9:30pm - A-grade Men and A-grade Ladies

Ipswich Hockey Regulations

Please note: 

• Players are not to utilise the fields until their allocated time slot.

• Players should not be on the field until their Coach arrives and is able to ensure that players are supervised appropriately.

• Players may be invoiced by IHA if they train on the field PRIOR to their assigned time slot.

• ALL training sessions are to be conducted with the nets on the sidelines. If you are the first to arrive and the nets are in the circle they must be moved to the sideline.

• WASH YOUR FEET prior to entering the fields (this also applies to game day).

• If your ball goes over the fence DO NOT CLIMB OVER THE FENCE, you need to walk around to retrieve your ball. Exit and re-enter the field via the game and wash your feet as you re-enter.

• The field lights are automated and will turn off 10 minutes after the last booked training session of the day
